Pros

40% off discount was the main thing that attracted me to the job. If you're confident and out going you can easily make $12+/hour during the back to school and christmas season. If you're full time they do offer you benefits such as health insurance, maternity leave, paid vacation, etc. Some advancement opportunities, but, only if management really likes you. Occasional chance to travel to other store and work there. Honestly it's a nice job to have during high school or college, but it can be extremely stressful to work there full time long term.

Cons

LOTS of drama (people taking each others sales). Having to put up with rude customers. Management is extremely pushy and can sometimes make you feel uncomfortable. Constantly pushing our store credit card, to get person information, or even trying to push the customers into spending more. If the store isn't busy or you don't sell a lot you don't really make any money. You have to work mall hours which can mean late nights, and having to work days such as black friday.

Pros

Good pay. Good benefits. Constant help from lots of places to help you grow and hone your skills. Most if the company practices what they preach and cares about every teammate success.

Cons

Your success is not based on just you, it's also based on your manager. It's easy for a manager to fake being good at there job. Unless the management cares about your success, you will go nowhere fast.
