      Pros

      40% employee discount, getting to help people with their style/being a personal shopper, always positive energy in the store, i've learned something new every day, management is friendly and easy to talk to

      Cons

      working on commission, customers complaining about our sales style, our prices, customers spending lots of time in the store (meaning you're spending your time on a potential sale) and not purchasing anything

      Pros

      Leadership training in addition to sales training. Upper management is genuinely invested in your progression. They give you complete ownership over your business yet still lend a hand in training and support. You are generously compensated for your efforts. I learned a lot about myself as a person and leader. I am challenged daily. Perfect job for the life long learner.

      Cons

      Life Balance can be tough. Also, the lack of Branding and Marketing in their new markets can wear you out.

      the Commission is nice, your experience as a sales person is incredible, lots of opportunities for growth. They had a great foundation on building relationships

      Cons

      every job depends on who you work WITH. I worked in THREE locations. One experience was professional and great and i improved, the other was complete chaos. Also alot of work just to make minimum wage, But once again the experience is good.
