Pros

Offer ability to advance. Competitive pay especially as a manager. Great environment. Upper management (President and VP's) is always in reach and approachable.

Cons

Store Managers tend to train people to do their job for them and never recognize you for doing their job for them. Work life balance as full time worker.

Pros

Sales Associates make 3% commission on every transaction, so they definitely go after it and stay focused. The later training is hands-on and you'll be a jean pro by the end of day 2.

Cons

When management visits happen, they swarm the customers and sometimes seem to scare them away. The intensity of product knowledge can be interpreted as pushy sales tactics. Mostly training videos; this creates that fake "jean speak" that is often interpreted as pushy.
