Pros

Great benefits, great discount, comission, flexible schedule.

Cons

I was promised 9 to 10 dollars an hour, however I didn't not realize I would have to have almost 2 years of experience to get those benefits, originally paid only $5.85 an hour plus 3% comission. Constantly on your feet with only a 30 minute lunch break every 7 hours worked. You spend over half your pay check buying things they want you to so that you can work there because yoi have to wear their clothing. They try to change you style completely and your wardrobe as well.

Pros

You get to be yourself and make a lot of great connections with everyone in your immediate community. Valuable sales and technique training, by far one of the best I have seen.

Cons

Every location has a slightly different way of handling things. All along the same guidelines, but depending on the manager, you could be forced to shove product down customers throats.

Overall a Great Place to Work and Grow

Pros

Opportunity to make good money, flexible hours, ability to move up in the company, meeting new people

Cons

Can be stressful when the store is slow because you're not making money, no guaranteed paycheck, expected to push product onto guests who don't want it, other teammates can be too pushy and take guests from you, forced to call people and your own friends and family in to shop every day. Stressful work nights til 1 a.m. happen two days before a store visit from dm, long hours with a short break frequently happen during busy season or when preparing for visits, leader meetings every Monday morning which is a waste of gas if you don't work until later in the day.
