      Pros

      It is really fun working with customers and helping them find jeans that fit them perfect.

      Cons

      Managers are very pushy and force employees to almost stalk the customers.

      Good discount The clothes are great

      Cons

      Management if you dont have time to commit your LIFE then dont work there They want to be a walking advertisement and even work outside of work by handing out fit cards Manager picked favorites Be ready to jump on every guest and cram endless amounts of clothes on them on the floor in the fitting room. Commissions are not great, and when its slow and no one is in the store for 3 hours you can't make money! Buckle is all about BUCKLE and according to them their is no where else to shop and shame on you if you tell a guest where they can find the product their looking for at another retailer
