      Pros

      Discount. Music in the store. Good sales training.

      Cons

      Rude management with a "i'm better than you" attitude. Low commission. Too pushy on sales goals and averages.

      Pros

      Employee discount! Hands down....if you like the clothes already, then it is worth it! Helpful management...most of the time. The company tries to keep up with what is going on in the stores. Upper management tries to check in frequently. Great company if you want to make a career out of it.

      Cons

      Expect to much when you aren't getting paid enough. Expect you to put your free time in for fit appointments. Some managers make it fun. Others don't. Starts off great, but you get over it fast. All of a sudden, I dreaded going to work.
