In about two months, I sold over a hundred thousand dollars personally! Over thirty thousand dollars more than any other associate there.
Even the other MT in front of me had no chance to catch me in sales.

You are NOT an MT or manager!! My entire time there I never even had a key to the store. I had sales associates telling me what to do, yet I was suppose to be a manager?? Haha give me a break.
You are EXPECTED to work at least 50 hrs a week because on your days off, you are EXPECTED to come in and work on your zone or department.
On some SUNDAYS, you are scheduled to work from 8am (4 hrs prior to mall opening) until 11pm and sometimes even Midnight...on SUNDAY?? The mall closes at 6pm dude
This store manager gets upset over the pettiest things and he turns red in the face.
If you take an hour long break (in which you are entitled to by LAW) he gets on your case about it. Who does that?
You get NO recognition for your performance AND if you do too well, the other teammates get upset at you because you are supposedly taking all the guests that walk in and STEALING them.
Needless to say, I left the company in three months because if I worked there just another minute, I was going to blow my brains out.
