      Pros

      Passionate company culture with excellent product. Plenty of career opportunity. Great employee discount. Emphasis on education. Very cool staff and team environment. Scheduling flexibility.

      Cons

      Commission environment is not for everyone. You need to be confident and outgoing to do well. More opportunities for growth translates into a job that emphasizes personal responsibility for the individual; which again is not for everyone.

      -Flexible schedule -Awesome coworkers -Competitive pay -Entrepreneur-like culture -No set floor plan; change mannequins, walls, displays, etc however and when you want -Regular guests -40% employee discount

      -Get paid below minimum wage -Feet hurt after a long day

      potential earnings (3% commission), 40% employee discount, working with enjoyable merchandise with lots to choose from for customers, social atmosphere, flexible hours

      Cons

      "hidden guests"- upselling to someone like the customer's mom/dad who is accompanying them, being part of an overly large staff if you're at a high-volume store
