Pros

Learning, growing environment. Performance based pay, opportunity for advancement as well as personal and leadership development. Awesome clothes and employee discount.

Cons

In a growing environment there are always some kinks to work out. Also, there were occasional cases of nepotism with family coworkers.

Highly competitive sales position. Excellent sales experience. Understand a work life balance and will accommodate.

Cons

Do not give raises. Must work very hard to make decent pay. High turnover I worked for three years during college and didn't receive a raise. I was never given the opportunity for advancement.

People are awesome to work with You get to meet a lot of customers and interact with a lot people There are a lot of shifts that need to be covered

Cons

Management does not always understanding of time off manger did not support working for the military reserve Manager would not put assistant mangers on salary because it would give him a bigger bonus at the end of year
