Pros

Discount (40%) Great pay (if you were good at selling) Great opportunities for interns, employees, management to move up in the company if desired Frequent reviews of performance Cool clothes

Cons

Commission--could be a blessing or a curse. Depending on your personality, commission could be great (if you're outgoing and are good at selling) or could be bad (if you are reserved, other employees with take advantage of the sales opportunities) The customers know that the Buckle is notorious for their employees going after sales like sharks. A lot of customers can be rude because they don't want to be helped by commission-crazy employees. They are very flexible with your schedule, but will work you to death if you let them.
