      you only mean something to the company if your numbers are extremely high

      Pros

      getting 40% off their clothes but over time it still gets expensive. Most of the employees are fun to work with.

      Cons

      even when the store is slow you are still held reliable to make your numbers. management constantly breathes down your neck to add more items even if it is irritating your guest

      Atmosphere. Not DIFFICULT. I doubt anyone would be embarrassed to be seen working here. GM was easy to talk to.

      Cons

      You're expected to be aggressive in your sales, which doesn't work for everyone. Commission is rough. Leaders get most sales.

      Poor management shark like atmosphere among other sales associates pushy sales techniques very disorganized dirty store pass the buck duties, I didn't do it freight room and shoe area are disorganized
