      Good way to put myself through school

      Pros

      Really flexible with time off, although never paid time off. Decent pay for college students

      Cons

      Working 362 days a year all day, 7 days a week. I was declined a management training position because the area management felt that I was not stable enough due to recently getting married. I was asked personal questions during the interview about my plans to have children.

      Great opportunity to work by commission Meet great people Learn a lot about sales

      Manager treated sales people like crap Was constantly reminded that if i didn't do things the "buckle" way that i could easily be replaced Extremely high turn over Was one of the top salesmen in the nation and was treated like someone who did nothing Management was unwilling to listen to my innovative ways of selling(which made me so successful) Felt threatened that i would dare challenge their way of selling regardless of how much more successful i was.

      Good selection of merchandise in the store but everything was to bedazzled, not to many pros in this work environment.

      Cons

      Worst place you could work at in retail, customers do not want to be pushed with product in their face 24/7.
