      Has it's good points

      Pros

      Bonus situation came about with new president which helps offset the low pay but not by much. We also received more PTO.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, bad employees kept, rude, bad attitudes tolerated because they will tell on people to management.

      Thank you very much for your time spent with the company; it is a very impressive thing to have worked somewhere for over 10 years. We strive to pay our employees based on current market trends but unfortunately there will always be a company willing to pay more especially with many roles now open to remote. We take pride in our culture and will continue to boost it and ensure that all employees understand what it means to be a member of the DREAMteam.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is far removed from employees - no clue what most employees do and which ones are doing a lion's share of the work Political environment - it's better to look good than be good, keep criticism to yourself Tech debt takes forever to resolve Office first culture

Diversity is always a goal throughout the company and we do promote a hybrid schedule for most employees allowing them to work more freely where they are comfortable.
