      The opportunities -- for career growth, coworker connection, flexibility, benefits -- are here for people who want them.

      Cons

      The same opportunities are not apparent for those who don't want to participate. Salaries are comparatively low.

As a company we are striving to provide a comfortable work life balance that energizes employees and makes them engaged and happy at work. We offer remote work and our managers coordinate with their teams on schedules to ensure a fair workload while keeping the company above its competitors.

      Pros

      A lot of free food and employees gifts/perks, Bonuses and Dream Team Hype

      Cons

      Management is less than professional. Favoritism, backstabbing, toxic environment . Most managers can’t get out of their own way and have others do their work. Pay is never enough. Toxic and drama ridden place. All the good employees see the writing all the walls and leave!
