      A lot of free food and employees gifts/perks, Bonuses and Dream Team Hype

      Cons

      Management is less than professional. Favoritism, backstabbing, toxic environment . Most managers can’t get out of their own way and have others do their work. Pay is never enough. Toxic and drama ridden place. All the good employees see the writing all the walls and leave!

Managers communicate and give feedback in different ways; at times employees may need closer supervision and coaching; open communication and transparency are cornerstones of the DREAMculutre.
