      Pros

      Good community of people and opportunity for career growth. Solid customer base across most markets. Resources and funding to help teams achieve success.

      Cons

      Work is unevenly distributed to high achievers with little accountability for underperformers. Some individuals earned promotions (or did not) based on how well they were liked instead of what they achieved. Duties from outgoing team members were assigned to remaining staff without additional pay or recognition. Lack of focus on product development, with resources not always aligned with needs. There are too many products on the market, with a need to streamline and consolidate.
