At first appears to be a great, employee-centered company until you've worked there for a while. Growing company Very laid back atmosphere

Cons

Longevity is evidenced by the cliquey work environment and those newer employees "don't fit in" typically Demeaning approach to workers is acceptable Decisions made based on who is involved and often without the full picture

We have strived to be fully transparent with all employees on the health and direction of the business. Our leadership team conducts quarterly, company wide DREAMconnect meeting and mini-DREAMconnect meetings in the middle of each quarter. The CBORD Group Response

At CBORD, everyone's contribution to the DREAMteam is valued. We recently launched Employee Resource Groups, to offer further opportunity to engage, grow, learn, and develop as individuals and professionals. All team members are welcome back in the office. Many teams are working in a hybrid model, where they work in one of the offices for a number of days and work remotely other days.

The people at CBORD are top notch. No exception - the engineers, designers, product teams, support folks, and leadership - they all have a driving force to serve the customer. The products we work on are important. They makes lives easier for teachers, students, healthcare workers, and patients.

Cons

The company is growing (and that's a good thing). With that growth comes a few small pains. Process and tools are being stretched. Not to worry, all hands are on deck and change is embraced and considered a integral part of progress.
