Pros

Excellent people to work with throughout the company, both management and regular employees. Ability to work from home for some teams. I've worked for companies both large and small, CBORD isn't perfect, but it is the best that I've worked for.

Cons

Salary could be a little better. We have lost some good people partly because of this.

Pros

Love the open door policy and communication. Managers are very flexible, just have to communicate your needs. Great place to work in the Ithaca area. Managers and colleagues are supportive and a pleasure to work with. Family culture. Work hard and you'll be rewarded, but you have to step up and speak up.

Cons

Pay is a bit low for the national average. Although they are working to improve the process, I wish there were more training opportunities that are more in depth.

The people who work here are awesome. This is one of the only big employers in the area, so it makes sense that job seekers would flock here, giving the organization top talent and great personalities to work with.

Cons

Out of touch with employee needs. Out of touch with context. Total focus on efficiency over effectiveness.
