      Pros

      Reasonable pay Great collaboration on a team level

      Cons

      Upper management not engaged with teams below and needs to learn about their teams and what they do daily in order to be successful and exceed customer and employee expectations. If you are not in upper management you have no voice.

      Low Pay, High Stress, High Turnover

      Pros

      Great PTO & benefits. That’s about it. Also great opportunity for work life balance.

      Cons

      Very shady in the way that they operate with layoffs. The pay is marginal at best. Very cultish company culture. Never given any opportunities for advancement. “Laid off” a group of us and reposted our jobs a month later, after ensuring us that we were safe.
