Our culture revolves around our DREAMvalues- Dynamic, Restless, Empowered, Accountable, and Mindful. This is evident throughout our Company. Our Senior Leadership Team, supervisors, and team members at many levels are enthusiastic about growing and developing our team members. About 5 years ago, CBORD welcomed a new president and cultivated our Senior Leadership Team. There hasn't been significant changes in our Leadership Team since then. In fact, currently, the average tenure of our employees is a little less than 9 years!

Pros

I work with a great department and my boss provides me with wonderful autonomy. I've found that I enjoy the company Dream culture CBORD creates. During COVID they've tried to keep employees engaged with virtual events. It's a pretty flat organization. Senior management is very approachable, and they've had a very transparent relationship with their employees.

Cons

Since March it's been go, go, go. It was already a fast paced environment, but now even more so. Demands are high, workload is heavy. With the current market and the industry CBORD supports, I don't see that changing anytime soon. Resources are extremely stretched.
