      Pros

      The people are great and the customers are great. The atmosphere is mostly happy and you often form lifelong friendships.

      Cons

      Poor salaries, no raises. Management does not listen to the employees. Management spends money poorly. Expects more from employees than willing to compensate for. Benefits are grossly expensive.

      Pros

      Relax and do the same thing everyday, employees are great and become a family very quickly, good reputation in the market but no sure if this will stay for long !!!

      Cons

      Managment are just a group of old ppl with no chance to accept changes, stupid license structure not to the clients benefits at all but the Managment are happy with the ALF guarantied revenue, very low salaries, almost zero benefit !!

      Pros

      Flexible with your family life. If you need to leave early, generally the work really well with you. Most of the people are really great to work with. When things are great here, they're really great

      Cons

      When things are bad here...they're really bad. The benefits package is terrible. The employee has to pay a very high percentage of the health insurance, plus high deductibles and co-insurance. Upper management does not spread work evenly on departments.
