      Pros

      I have been at CCS for 21 years. The company offers a very professional and productive work climate. They pride themselves on unparalleled quality service to both clients and customers. All employees are thoroughly trained in their respective job duties. The company also encourages cross training and continuously offers seminars and classes to update skills. I have found it a pleasure to come to work each day and be part of a team that cares.

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      Benefit package is good if you want to work hard you will certainly be rewarded with more work. This provides a certain level of job security.

      Cons

      Full of smoke and mirrors. They advertise they promote within, and grow employees but the numbers do not support this. The last two years, every higher level management position was external. Friends of leaders are accepted over tenured staff. No growth, dead-end job. Many leaving but they still are not listening!
