Pros

Easy job, especially if you don't mind talking to people on the phone. Pay is good and you get overtime if you take a call that lasts longer than the end of your shift.

Cons

Some customers can be rude and you maintain good quality scores. No free time; all of your calls and breaks are time-monitored.
