Pros

freedom to work on your own territory, develop your own book of business - commission structure can be rewarding however management has the ability to not pay commissions based upon whims

Cons

too many people involved in management that want credit for making deals happen - no one seems to know the business inside and out and this can create issues when on-boarding client

My experience at CCS was very stressful and carefully scrutinized by incompetent managment.

Pros

If you are aggressive on the phone for collecting money, you may get a bonus of up to $600 with your pay check.

Cons

Your hard work is not recognized, there are right ups for everything and anything, they monitor your phone calls, how long you were on the call, how long you took between your last call and your next call and can write you up for it which eventually can lead to termination. The CCS Co. also is on a hold for raises, it's a dead end job.

Pros

Flexible schedule, I can get off work as early as 3pm. This is definitely a perfect job if stability is what you need plus many OT opportunities. Depending on departments, some managers are very nice but some can be very mean.

Cons

It is very low paid, you get only $16/hr and they are cutting annual holodays. They are using very old system. Cost saving is everywhere, even supplies and when the printer is broken and no toner!!!
