It was amazing at first, but by the end I was sobbing in the kitchen every shift. The managers will try and manipulate you and won't take your word for things. They won't listen to you if you try and tell them how you're feeling about certain things and will push you to your limit. They don't care about labor laws either. They will work you to the bone. The managers won't reply to your messages if they don't like something. They will not care about your wellbeing even if they see you sobbing. They'll tell you to get back to work. Different managers will tell you different things and they will change rules weekly. There is always something different whenever you go back. They will pick favorites and blatantly show it. They sometimes make fun of employees as well. Not to mention, they schedule way too many hosts every shift. There is no need for 4/5 hosts. The kitchen and bakery are cleaned every night but not very thoroughly. You will also never get a raise. People that have worked there for 1-2 years still have the base pay of $10/hour. They say they will promote people who work hard, but instead they promote people that don't work hard at all.
