      Pros

      Atmosphere and other staff members were very friendly and create a welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Too many rules that constantly change. Poor communication between managers. Unfair treatment and too-high expectations of employees. Managers pick favorites.

      Made decent money, but still wasn't great.

      Cons

      Management made employees work 8 hour shifts with no breaks, and only one allotted bathroom break. Management also talked about the weight of employees, either calling girls too skinny or overweight. At least one employee cried every day. One manager pointed to my face once and said I "didn't fit the Cake Bake look," because I didn't wear makeup, which was not part of the uniform or required at all.
