they allow you as a recruiter to define all processes, dictate target hiring areas, listen to you ideas for events. its remote for TA!!! amazing company that ACTUALLY cares about ABA

Pros

I've been working at Cardinal for a couple of years now and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to work as an RBT. Leadership is attentive to staff and willing to help out when life gets to be a little too much. They definitely care about their employees from ownership down to the BCBAs.
