Great Coworkers, great to make a difference with the kids. Flexible environment. Love being treated like a person not a number like at the giant clinics.

Cons

It's a tough field, but the "wins" help a lot. I used to work for one of the big companies, and they were fancier, but didn't care personally.

Mission driven, locally operated, flexible, responsive, and able to adapt to the changes in the field without all the corporate bureaucracy. Lots of growth opportunities and the ability to affect change in positive ways. Being part of a growing organization with new positions opening and a place willing to innovate and empower your creativity.

Cons

Relatively small compared to the massive companies that dominate the landscape.

Some days are long, but I love the job and the people, so wouldn't have it any other way!
