Great work culture between RBTs on the floor Company snacks and coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar lunches occasionally provided Company holiday parties and team building outings

Cons

Irregular hours and schedules that can change regularly without prior knowledge (clients may cancel because they are sick or there may be scheduling issues that come up)
