Pros

You're working for the greater good every day. Loving co-workers from all around the world.

Cons

Too much! Everyone is overworked. Definitely a launch pad for something new because of the burnout. Employee appreciation isn't vocalized but instead small incentives are given. Legacy still exists but internal makeup is toxic.

Pros

Dedicated staff who work extremely hard to make a difference in the lives of people all over the world. Get their hands dirty and do the work. Opportunities to travel all over the world. Rub elbows with international leaders and human rights professionals. Hybrid work schedule. Refresh Days for staff to rest. Free lunch every week! Can't beat free food. :)

Cons

International work can be stressful at times. Work directly effected by world events at any moment.
