I am neurodivergent and management did not consistently adhere to my accommodations. The disability office there pretty much told me that this was a common problem and I needed to consider getting another job. If you have difficulties in the job expect to be blamed for them even though there is a pattern especially among junior staff due to lack of training and "policies" that are nowhere in writing and change all the time. There is also a lot of bureaucracy. Despite this, you will be blamed if you are having difficulties or confusion in your role. If you are neurodivergent it will be even worse.
