Pros

The Carter Center does excellent work. If you are mission driven, this is a great place to work. Building is located in a beautiful green setting within Atlanta.

Cons

The was a surprising degree of internal politics that I feel holds the organization below its potential. Many managers are competitive and looking more towards their own professional development than their staff's.
