The pay may be good buy the customers that come there treat you like crap and so does management. The Waikiki location is the top one in the company and only the managers reap the benefits of being on top in sales, everybody else never sees a dime of it, only a "thank you, now go back to your work." Servers and the rest of the non-management teams are more of slaves than anything else.

They treat you as if you're man turned machines. I can't tell you how many times I've worked from say 5 pm till 2 am only to have to turn around and come back the next morning at 10:45 am....oh, and if I call ahead of time and tell them that i'm in the parking lot at 10:45 am and apologize for not being in the store at that time, even though i'm litterally outside the door and walking in, they'll just give away your shift to someone who is waiting to take it....nice!
