Pros

Good pay, good location, good coffee.

Cons

Little to no training, which scares off new employees very quickly. Little to no direction on what you should do either (this may change based on your department), so you feel like you can go full days without doing anything and get away with it because no one is giving you work, checking in on you, or QAing what you do. If you are a motivated professional but someone who needs a push in the right direction ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE NEW then this place needs to learn a lot. I left because I was sitting at my desk for 8 hours a day.
