      Brand name is good for resume

      Reward system based on longevity not merit. Career advancement is limited as most middle management and above is intheir last jobs before retirement.

      This is still a great company

      Pros

      Best brand in the world! Better perks than comparable companys (company provided car, ect). Most of the people are commited and passionate about the trademark. This company promotes diversity and is now focused on making eco-friendly descisions. The new restructer has taken out the unnessesary layers that delay important communication.

      Cons

      Long work hours. Unattainable goals. Dont have the tools need to perform job effectively. Demanding deadlines and daily firedrills rather than proactive planning. Moral is rather low. There are no company functions such as Christmas parties as there were in the past. Department tend to work AGAINST each other instead of working as a team to accomplish a commen goal (supply chain/drivers against sales).

      Pros

      If you enjoy problem solving then you will enjoy working for CCE for many years. It is harder to convince management to implement plans for improvement than it is to find areas that need to improve.

      Cons

      Inept employees who consistently receive promotions in an evironment that lacks any leadership good or bad. Too many Silos and no plans to eliminate them. Bad measurments drive bad behaviour and CCE has every bad measurment you can imagine.
