      Pros

      It's a job. In today's economy, gainful employment is at a premium. The brand is ubiquitous and will be around long after I'm dead and gone. The benefits are what you would expect from a large corporation.

      Cons

      Uncertainty about the future direction of the company. Lack of a coordinated plan and strategic direction from senior management. KO and CCE seem to be at odds over what needs to be done to create growth and profitability which causes turmoil, rumors, distrust, etc. Pay is lower than comparable positions in my market, people are being laid off and sales centers are being closed, is mine next?

      Pros

      The wages amongst hourly personnel is adequate. Also the benefits package is better than most that other companies have to offer. If you like to work alot of overtime this is the place to be.

      Cons

      Organization and communication are the biggest problems. Each level of management, from the supervisors to the plant manager fail to see what the real issues are beyond the bottom line. They seem to be more worried about numbers than putting out a quality wholesome product. Because of that morale and pride to work for a name company are practically non existent.

      Pros

      the system is very good and flexible and adaptable to suit our own needs, the management are very good and provide a lot of guidance, the work environment is very good

      Cons

      working on very theoritical assignmentsthat are very academic like and are not very much valuable if compared to actual work, and the second part are the big number of forms you have fill, that would seem a lot like school work
