Pros
Pretty good 401K plan, decent benefits. Good starting sales account manager job and can be a good stepping stone to get into more lucrative industry such as medical device sales. Great work/life balance since your day ends once you clock out.
Cons
Company only cares about net profit and has little to no concern for customers or employees. The company tracks everything you do to the extreme. Not much room for career development so prepare to stay in the same position for your entire career; most employees working as sales account managers have been for over 10 years and have no opportunity to advance. The company recently took over our distribution plant and things have been getting worse for the last year or so with no end in sight.
