Pros

Strong portfolio of brands. Needs to elevate ALL brands for growth, not just soda. Sales Team is strong. Growth is in Water, Tea, Coffee. Strong relevant Marketing is setting up well in the Digital Age.

Cons

Lack of innovation. Company is cost-cutting it's way to profitability. Some senior leaders are in the wrong position.

Pros

Great brands, monster energy people help you a lot(more than CCBF),Co-workers, several weeks of vacations (until they change it next year), relatively good health care, holidays off and paid, ALL THOSE WILL CHANGE NEXT YEAR FOR SURE, BECAUSE THEY MADE AN AGREEMENT WITH CCR THAT FOR 1 YEAR THEY WONT CHANGE THAT, BUT WAIT AND SEE, IT WILL GO DOWN EVEN MORE!

Cons

Dictatorship behavior, focus just on negative things, no help for the depreciation of your vehicle, pressure on items that literally dont sell not even when is free, micro-management to the point that some managers call you at 7 AM if you haven't leave your house to see where are you,Huddle calls are now battle's calls , they track you with GPS EVERYWHERE you go and i mean, literally, EVERYWHERE, both the phone and the table has GPS and they want you to work until 12 hours a day every day (and they say it literally on the calls) , the leadership think that because coke out-sales pepsi in south florida, all stores, hotels, businesses should have 75% or more of just coke when pepsi has better pricing on products like tropicana, gatorade, naked juice, Starbucks coffee and others with their programs that required certain amount of space too, so they think that you should take pepsi out completely, tell the owner that you wont sale at good price because we need more space than pepsi and if not, he/she will get a huge price increase. if you say something about drivers not doing their job you are negative, if you say something about white truck you are negative, if you say something about your numbers that maight be down you are negative, in general, if you bring up facts they say that you are negative, people have worked there for 20+ years and they say the driver's problem wont go away but if you talk about it they get angry , the leadership! and then of course you need to do the driver's job when you get to the stores because most of the stores dont do anything, and most of the drivers dont neither..
