Pros

The company has excellent benefits. You get 3 weeks of vacation after only a year of service. They still offer 401k matching and they're one of the few companies that offer a pension. Tuition reimbursement if offered but now you have to stay a year.

Cons

One of the few companies where Supervisors aren't even eligible for bonuses. You will work your butt off and unfortunately it won't make a difference in your review. Annual merit isn't even in line with the standard 3% cost of living. This place is like a sweat shop with no regards to the well-being of employees. There are little opportunities for growth unless you can make it to Atlanta. They complete these engagement surveys and one of the main complaints is the low pay and senior management simply talks around it and makes the general statement about how the pay is in line with the cost of living. Communication is extremely poor even within the SAME department. Sad place to work and it will stress the hell out of you.

Pros

Money... Benefits. Good place to work to get great benefit for your family.

Cons

You will be working far to hard to enjoy the benefits provided(i.e. 3-4 weeks vacation, paid holidays, etc). It appears deadlines always occur on holidays. Overall ,Coke is not a great company to work for if worklife balance is important to you. They promote it, advertise it, swear up and down its there. But, when the rubber hits the road, it ain't there. You will be on vacation on a beach with a laptop looking for a secured link. I've meet people who were unhappy because they did not get laid off from coke. The recent racial lawsuit still has some serious lasting effects there. Good place to work if you are willing to forgo your private life, family, etc for your career. If you want your marriage, kids, look elsewhere.

Pros

What an amazing place to work that offers limitless career opportunities. It's a company that truly cares about your well-being and consistently does the right thing. This opportunity gives me the chance to work with the most talented, creative and caring people in the world.

Cons

Not many cons at all - the size of the business means it takes some time to learn, but that's the fun part.
