Pros

Incredibly inspiring and creative teammates. Very thorough exposer to scaled F&B brands. Each person has a real sense of ownership over their role. Generally, a fun and motivating place to work!

Cons

Not the greatest when it comes to employer/employee relations. There are many ways that TCE could be more competitive when it comes to benefits, salaries, L&D opportunities. In fairness, did observe growth in this area during my tenure.
