Pros

Some knowledgeable food operators & former chefs. Use to have some very smart and passionate people working here. Opportunity to see the restaurant/food industry in action first hand.

Cons

For a small firm, it's unreal how office politics abounds everywhere. Passive-aggressive behavior & micromanagement is the rule not the exception. For the amount of work expected, salaries are very low. Diversity is sorely lacking.

Pros

Extremely passionate people who want to do their best at helping restaurants become their best. Generally, a great place to work.

Cons

It's a very small company which is great in some ways but doesn't lend to very much privacy--however, not really important.
