The environment is friendly, supportive, and collaborative; There is a strong focus on professional growth and development (open and supportive to career changes within the company); The benefits offered by the office are super nice (meal allowance, good insurance, office snacks etc.).

Cons

Communication between departments and offices can be challenging; Switched to a mandatory at least 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

Pros

The spacious layout and modern design create an environment where employees can thrive. The office contains a relaxation room with a ping pong table, small/ large meeting rooms, latest technology devices in the office. Kudos to TCG and our HR department (Moldova).

Cons

No balcony and no terrace - but those are minor cons.
