From the well-placed workspaces to the cozy lounge areas, every detail has been carefully considered to create a productive and enjoyable working environment. The office is incredibly spacious, providing ample room for both employees and visitors to move around comfortably. A highlight is the relaxation area, equipped with a ping pong table, PSP game console, and comfy couches, offering a perfect space for employees to unwind and recharge.

Cons

It would be nice to have a balcony :)

All That Glitters Is Not Gold: A Closer Look Inside

Pros

The external image of the company and its market positioning are attractive and promise a lot. Occasionally, the broad business strategy of pursuing everything that comes along presents interesting projects and opportunities.

Cons

Lack of strategic direction: The company does not have a clear long-term strategy, leading to uncertainty and a reactive corporate culture. Short-term thinking and employee layoffs: When failures or missed opportunities occur, employees are quickly let go instead of looking for sustainable solutions. This shows a tendency to view employees primarily as cost factors. Problematic senior management: Senior management tends to take credit for successes and shift failures onto employees, which leads to a culture of guilt and fear. Fake sustainability: Despite claims of sustainability, the use of plastic and chemicals and a focus on cost optimization dominate production over real sustainable practices.
