Inefficient management and poor work culture

Pros

Working here gives you a tiny glimpse of the healthcare space and the associated challenges. But in my humble opinion, there are much better places to learn about this!

Cons

Going back to some of the previous reviews, there is definitely a poor work culture in the office. Even though "some" (I don't mean all, just a few) of the current employees are helpful, there is a lack of appreciation of work from the senior people. Work life balance is so bad throughout the year that it's laughable. I have friends who work at top tier firms who were with me on this when i told them about the things that happen within the firm.

Pros

The firm provides a way to familiarize about the market access segment of the healthcare industry

Cons

-The firm has a depressing work environment due to the lack of appreciation of work from senior management. -Ineffective / Poor communication on their part results in confusion in project work. -More often than not, there is too much data manipulation and meaningless "consulting jargon" on the slides. This brings up the question of whether there is any value in the output being generated by the firm.

Pros

Firm does high-quality work in a very high impact area of pharma consulting (oncology, immunology, etc.). Definitely a great learning experience for anybody who would like to understand all key aspects of pharma and US healthcare Firm has been expanding very quickly: new clients, new types of projects, new office, new members. I know many people would complain about long hours but a direct comparison between us and other consulting companies shows that we work less

Cons

As the firm grows and becomes a mature company, there should be more structured mentorship/evaluation/feedback systems for employees
