Pros

TDG is a great place to learn about consulting and gain experience in an analyst, senior analyst, or consultant role. There are a wide variety of projects that are valuable towards skill development and keeps the work interesting. TDG is a place with lots of opportunity for professional growth! The partners are always willing to give constructive feedback.

Cons

Sometimes heavy work load and long hours, however this is to be expected in the consulting world.

Pros

-- Variety of projects and team members resulting in an ability to gain in-depth knowledge of market access, distribution, and reimbursement strategies across the biopharmaceutical market -- Exposure to consulting tools and best practices (e.g. benchmarking, development and execution of an actionable segmentation, robust analysis techniques across a variety of data sets, primary research, modeling, competitive scenario planning, fair market value assessments, development & execution of dashboards, etc.) -- Access to a network of KOLs from influential practices, institutions, SPPs, GPOs, pathway groups, payers, etc. -- Interface with interesting clients from a variety of companies through on-site presentations, workshops, etc. -- Fast paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit allowing for personal and professional development -- Ability to become a leader, managing multiple analysts in their professional development and through project specific tasks -- Culture has evolved in a positive way during my time with the company allowing for several of the firms members to quickly rise and take on more strategic / project management based roles

Cons

-- Time management is important in order to maintain a healthy work-life balance -- Learning curve is steep; however, highly rewarding
