Horrible place to work

Pros

Exposure to some interesting projects

Cons

Cannot emphasize the lack of structure and organization at this company. Employees are extremely overworked, part of which is driven by how unproductive the teams are due to poor communication and little / no structure. There is also a pervasive culture of inconsistent and negative feedback, which inhibits your growth at the firm. This is especially not the place to start your career in consulting if you are looking to pivot into that industry - run far away from here. You're better off working anywhere else
