Terrible Place to Work

Pros

You are pushed to a level that forces you to gain skills quickly or sink otherwise

Cons

Terribly hostile work environment, managers have no EQ or leadership skills, data presented to clients is often fake/adjusted to fit the narrative of what the manager wants you to say, pay is not reasonable for 80 hour+ work weeks, you'd be better off working at a more reputable firm.

Pros

Good exposure to Pharma and LS clients and projects Market salary

Cons

PE overlords have clawed back everything that made working here enjoyable. A lot of the managers are not ready to lead teams and dont invest much in developing talent Most people at the firm act like they are too busy to provide feedback and act like things and never voice the expectations they have for colleagues
