Pros

The only thing I really liked working there was the staff, everybody got along great, which was the only reason why I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

The owners are really shady, which in turn leaves management not knowing what is really going on with the company. They make promises of "growth" to lead their employees on in order to stay with the company longer. EVERYONE, except for the owners, is underpaid and since it's a start-up (of almost two years) they constantly change roles and regulations at their whim. They constantly say they will do things that they don't go through with. If you don't look busy enough to them they will put you to clean all of the facilities (which is not mentioned prior to hiring), honestly if I wanted a cleaning job I would have applied to one and would have earned A LOT more. I disagree with the other review in that they don't really care about their employees/team, otherwise they would pay everyone a fair livable wage of at least $15/hour. If you're not religious, stay away, you might feel discriminated against as the owners are very Christian and vocal about their beliefs as stated in their core values and even donate a portion of the earnings to religious charities oversees (instead of first taking care of their own employees).

Pros

Coworkers feel like family, the owners and store managers genuinely care about their employees, fun and engaging work environment

Cons

The only con is that it's a new company, so just like any other new company they're obviously working out some kinks. You have to be willing to be flexible in your job as the owners and managers change or redesign job descriptions. Just go with the flow. Every change brings about a better business model.
