What a great company! They truly care about people - not just taking care of their guests, but taking care of their staff, too. It does feel like family here, and at the core of it - not just creating great escape games - but really developing their employees is something they really take pride in. This company will take a hard working individual with great character and commitment, than someone who with a degree and tons of experience. Employee development is one of the top reasons I am still here today. And who doesn't love escape games! They are so much fun. Also, all their merch is pretty dope.

Cons

They are working on it now but offering employees some more HR benefits in the future will be great!
