Pros

Learned some valuable people skills, but not by the company itself; more-so by a few select talented & caring people they *happened* to employ.

Cons

If you can memorize their Bible called the Field Guide and dedicate as much of your time and energy as possible to them, you’ll snake your way up the management ladder in no time. Do not expect to Grow (with a capital G) unless you have to plans to be one of their plucky 20-somethings flinging themselves across the country for $35k a year, only to then become a miserable burnt-out leech upon everybody else’s happiness. They will not fire employees with multiple violations and expect you to be tolerant of their behavior until they magically decide to become a better person. The culture is more of a cult (see several reviews across several sites quoting this exact thing and HEED THE WARNING). Just, don’t work here if you value your sanity. They are very good at making you feel valued then kicking you down.

Pros

- Meet great friends -Usually lots of available hours if that's your thing -Interact with all sorts of people

Cons

-Incredibly toxic upper management: Feels like Big Brother with the micromanagement - Company cares more about money than employees -No PTO unless you're management -Terrible Pay -You will have no social life because of how many hours you need to make a fair wage - Prioritizes Christian staff over others
